The Scale Ireland marketing website was previously hosted on Squarespace. Develoy migrated it to Webflow and set up a full stack system to automate a number of workflows via Zapier, improve the database through Airtable, enable customer support messaging through HubSpot and enhanced the email marketing via Mailchimp.Through providing technology support as a service, we then continuously improved the stack to include a members only section using Memberstack and Stripe. In an effort to keep the number of tools used to a minimum, reduce the cost of operating the platform and increase the efficiency at managing the scaling membership model, we opted to migrate to Outseta. - Grew a Slack & online startup community to over 1,200 founders, investors, and operators - Secured over €1M in partnership benefits from AWS, Google Cloud, Stripe, and others to help startups scale affordably - Implemented a sustainable membership model generating signficant recurring revenue for the non-profit organisation - Hosted educational webinars and AMAs with operators from leading tech companies & helped organise events with Irish government leaders - Conducted annual 'State of Startups' survey (300+ founders), producing reports that helped shape national startup policy - Secured coverage in the Independent, Irish Times, Business Post & Silicon Republic & edited videos to showcase Ireland’s leading startup founders. - Built the organisations website complete with a content management system and a members-only section on Webflow & Outseta. - Integrated a memberships portal with subscription billing, support ticketing system, automated notifications, drip campaigns & in-depth engagement analytics.
